Pastel Pigments 12pc

Neon Vibes Pastel Pigments are best applied over a white or light color gel polish base with a good sticky/tacky layer. Intensity of the color will depend on how your tacky layer 'grabs' the pigment. Remove all excess pigment with a Big Bertha brush and seal well with topcoat. We recommend our Radiance top coat for a brilliant shine.

If you want a matte look, please seal with High Shine top coat FIRST as the solvents within matte top coats can sometimes drag pigments from the nail. For a matte look we recommend our No Shine top coat.
