How to Prep:
1. Start with clean, dry nails.
2. Lightly buff the surface to remove shine.
3. Apply CNS prep + primer of your choice!
4. Apply a thin layer of CNS rubber base coat directly to the nail.
5. Cure under LED light for 60 seconds, repeat steps 4 & 5 to get the desired thickness.
