Hello and welcome, I’m Tiffani! I want to share the story of how Cordoza Nail Supply came to life. What started as a little spark in a kid’s bedroom has grown into a full professional nail brand trusted by techs all over the country. It still blows my mind sometimes, but here we are.
My love for the beauty industry started when I was young. My grandma was my whole heart, and she let me turn my bedroom into a tiny salon. She sat through every “appointment” with the patience of an angel. That’s where the passion really began, even though I had no idea where it would lead me.
After high school, I took a bit of a detour and earned an Associate of Applied Science with an emphasis on Criminal Justice and Business. It was my backup plan and funny enough, I never used it. I eventually went to beauty school planning to become a hairstylist.
But then one trip to IBS Las Vegas changed everything.
I spent all three days glued to the nail section, completely obsessed with the art, the technique, the creativity, literally everything. I came home, dropped hair and esthetics on the spot, got licensed as a nail tech, and never looked back.
How Cordoza Nail Supply Started
Being a nail tech in small-town Oregon wasn’t easy. Education was outdated, and getting access to high-quality products was almost impossible unless you were willing to drive for hours. I quickly realized the industry had so much more depth than what I learned in school, and I wanted other nail techs to see that too.
I eventually became an educator with Harmony and later with EGN, traveling, teaching, and helping techs sharpen their skills. Around that time, I borrowed money from my grandma to invest in Elegant Glass Nails Glitter with Attitude - my very first step into product distribution.
Meanwhile, Chris (my husband) was finishing his business degree, and we saw a need in our local community. While I was behind the chair and teaching, he started a delivery route, personally stocking salons with professional products. It was small and simple, but the response was huge.
That little operation grew faster than we expected. We moved the business out of my salon, I stepped away from doing nails full-time, and we went all in. And that’s where Cordoza Nail Supply really began.
Where We Are Today
As of December 2025, CNS has stepped into a completely new era:
We are officially our very own professional nail brand.
A brand built by a tech, for techs.
A brand shaped by real feedback, real needs, and honest conversations.
A brand that listens.
We’ve been nicknamed “the people’s brand,” and honestly, that’s the highest compliment we could ever receive. Everything we create is rooted in what you tell us you want — not what the industry assumes you should have.
CNS has grown into one of the leading professional-only nail brands in the U.S., and while we are no longer affiliated with Elegant Glass Nails, they will always hold a soft spot in our hearts. They were a meaningful part of our past and helped shape pieces of who we are today.
But the future of CNS is ours to build — and it’s centered around our own exclusive product line, created with intention, quality, performance, and community at the core.
Why I Do This
I’m a wife and mom of three, and this business has allowed me to build something meaningful while still being fully present in my kids’ lives. They’ve grown up watching us work, create, problem-solve, and serve our customers with heart. They’ve learned entrepreneurship simply by living it.

This path hasn’t been easy. I’ve failed, pivoted, learned tough lessons, cried happy tears and frustrated ones, and kept going through every season. Every challenge has shaped me into the businesswoman — and human — I am today.
I’m not here for fame or attention. I’m here because this industry matters to me.
