Is Cordoza Nail Supply for professionals only?

Yes — and that’s intentional. CNS is built for licensed nail professionals. Our products, education, and support are designed for behind-the-table use, not DIY experimentation.

Are your products safe / HEMA-free / high quality?

Quality and chemistry matter here. Many CNS products are HEMA-free and developed with cleaner chemistry, but most importantly: they’re professionally formulated, tested, and refined based on real salon use.

Where are your products made?

We source intentionally — not blindly. Some CNS products are manufactured in the USA, while others are developed and produced overseas in facilities that follow strict international cosmetic safety standards.

What matters most isn’t just where it’s made — it’s how: transparency, standards, performance testing, and long-term consistency.

Will these products actually work for me?

They’re designed for real salons, real timelines, and real clients. CNS products are shaped by years behind the table and ongoing feedback from working nail techs.

If something doesn’t perform the way it should, we want to know — continuous improvement is part of our process.

How fast do orders ship?

We ship quickly — and transparently. Orders are processed as efficiently as possible during business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly, and we communicate clearly if there’s ever a delay.

What if I have an issue with my order?

You’ll be treated like a human — not a ticket number. If something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, reach out and we’ll review it and take care of it within our policies.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because these are professional products, returns are limited. For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened items typically can’t be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we’ll help.
