Formulated without HEMA and without TPO, this builder uses a modern acrylate resin system with dual LED-compatible photoinitiators to support reliable surface and depth cure when used correctly.

Built on a cross-linking acrylate structure, this gel provides rigidity and durability once cured. Adhesion-supporting monomers assist with bonding when applied to properly prepped natural nails. Silica helps create a controlled, self-leveling viscosity that allows for precision placement without excessive flooding, making it ideal for structured work and encapsulation.

Cure Specifications: LED wavelength 365–405nm. Recommended lamp output 36W minimum professional-grade LED. Cure 60 seconds per layer. Apply and cure in controlled layers for thicker builds. Use low-heat mode for thicker structure or sensitive clients. Proper cure is essential for performance, durability, and retention. Incomplete cure may leave uncured material within the structure. Always verify lamp performance and replace units as needed.

Recommended Lamp: For best results, pair with the CNS Professional LED Lamp. It is calibrated within the 365–405nm wavelength range required to activate the photoinitiator system used in this formula. Consistent output and balanced diode placement support even cure and structural integrity.

How to Use:

As an Overlay with Gel Polish:

1. Nail Prep: Start with a clean, dry, buffed nail surface to ensure the best adhesion. Cleanse with isopropyl alcohol for best results. You may use a primer if necessary. Prep products here.
2. Base Application: Apply CNS base gel and cure it according to the instructions.
3. Structure Gel Application: Apply a thin layer of CNS Structure Gel over the natural nail and cure under an LED lamp for 60 seconds. For additional strength, apply a second layer and cure again.
4. Buffing (Optional): Lightly buff the surface to create a smooth canvas for color application.
5. Gel Polish Application: Apply your chosen gel polish color in thin layers, curing each layer under the LED lamp as directed.
6. Top Coat: Finish with CNS top coat to seal in the color and add shine. Cure under the LED lamp.

As an Extension Over a Form:

1. Nail Prep: Start with a clean, dry, buffed nail surface to ensure the best adhesion. Cleanse with isopropyl alcohol for best results. You may use a primer if necessary. Prep products here.
2. Base Application: Apply CNS base gel and cure as directed.
3. Building the Extension: Apply a layer of CNS Structure Gel, extending it over the form to create the desired length. Cure under an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
4. Shape and Strengthen: Apply additional layers to build the desired thickness, curing each layer fully.
5. Form Removal and Buffing: Carefully remove the form and shape the extension using a file. Buff the surface smooth if needed.
6. Gel Polish Application (Optional): Apply your chosen gel polish color and cure as recommended.
7. Top Coat: Finish with CNS top coat for added protection and shine. Cure under the LED lamp.
